We conduct batch analysis, to all the processed end products we produce. At the same time, we act proactively to avoid potential contamination by verifying cleanliness and the absence of pathogens in our facilities, following a weekly environmental analysis schedule, as well as monthly water analyses.
The analyses are carried out in all areas of our factory premises, without any exception, and the laboratories we use are certified by the Hellenic Accreditation System (ESYD) and assessed by multinational groups, which are part of our clientele.
